Warranty Coverage

At Saddle Leather Goods, we take great pride in crafting timeless, durable pieces built to last. Every item we make is backed by our 100-year warranty, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship—including hardware, rivets, and locks—when used under normal conditions, from the original purchase date.

Please note: This warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, abnormal wear, damage to contents inside the product, or purchases made from retailers other than our official online store. Final Sale items are not covered under this policy.

If your item qualifies, we will attempt to repair it using materials that closely match the original. If repairs aren’t possible, we will offer a replacement if the same or a similar item is available. In cases where neither repair nor replacement is an option, we’ll issue a store credit equal to the purchase price.

Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

  • Sale items are final sale and may only be returned for store credit.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Free Return Shipping

If your item qualifies for a return, we’ll cover the return shipping cost—you won’t need to pay anything for sending it back.

Simply email us to initiate the return, and we’ll arrange the return shipment on your behalf. You don’t need to handle the shipping process yourself.

Order Cancellations

Please double-check your order before completing checkout. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin processing your order immediately to ensure fast and efficient shipping.
